Justice Room: 1933 (6 Oct) imperforate and without gum, half sheet of 32, in scarlet vermilion, unappropriated, endorsed in ms on reverse ‘Final Print 6/10/33’ and initialled ‘A.S.C’. A most unusual proof which research could prove 1933 as the final year these prolific Perkins Bacon stamps were issued.
