A group of Japanese ivory netsuke, comprising two pairs of figures, the first pair modelled as a sage with toad perched upon his shoulder, and a child with toy cat, the second as a musician and a craftsman (both a/f), together with another figure modelled as a deity and oni.
All figures with wear including scratches, discolouration, marks, and some losses. Viewing in person is recommended and is available in our Birmingham saleroom on the specified dates. Buyers must satisfy themselves as to the description or condition of items, and interested bidders are encouraged to request a condition report on any lots upon which they intend to bid.
