A late Victorian/Edwardian shepherd's hut, of traditional design, on metal wheels
For replacement, repair or total restoration
Stored outside for many years, some rot, worm, damp and general decay
Body 235 cm high, 257 cm wide and 180 cm deep, height from ground to bottom of body 64 cm

Front wheel 75 cm diam and rear wheel 75 cm diam

Please note there is no viewing available for this lot
It remains in situ at the property on the outskirts of Shaftesbury
It is the buyers responsibility and liability to collect this hut by arrangement and within two weeks of this auction at the buyers expense

Access to this is not on the level, you will not be able to reverse a van/trailer up to this and load it straight on
Clearly not moved a wheel for many years
We have not tried to move this, it is very probable it will not roll freely
The roof is in poor condition, you can see daylight through this, so strapping down on a trailer could be difficult
For total restoration/rebuild/repair, but a lovely set of wheels
