Original factory fitted sliding sun roof works well
LED lights all round
Indicator lights have been fitted
LED brake light strip fitted in rear window
Safety cut off switch fitted to battery
Bowdenex front brakes, enabling both front wheels to be separately adjusted.
Gearbox reconditioned by Vince Leek in 2003
Crown wheel and pinion was re-built by Vince Leek in 2010

Sometime in the 1980’s, after winning a cup at Bicton Gardens, the engine seized coming up Shaldon Hill and a replacement engine was fitted.
The rear seat has the original leather restored with leather dye and regularly treated with hide food. The front seats were re-upholstered in leather-cloth to the original pattern. Six years ago the head-lining was replaced with new and the door-panels re-upholstered with leather-cloth in the style of the original.
With present owners since 1983.
Driven regularly on club runs and events and to Devon County Show and numerous other local village shows.
Driven from our home in south Devon on many enjoyable holidays including The New Forest, five times to the Austin Seven Rally at Beaulieu, a few visits to Swanage for the Steam Railway Rally and Folk Festival, the Isle of Wight, Lacock and many times to Bideford, Great Torrington and North Devon area.
She has taken a bride to her wedding. Towed a fiesta with a flat battery through Plymouth. Led a procession of cars at a big funeral, taking up position directly behind the hearse. Featured on a teatowel seen for sale at a steam fair. Her picture been used as at least two adverts for events.
Although we never went looking for prizes Jemima did nevertheless win a few: 1986 a small plaque at Powderham Classic Car Rally, late 1980s a cup at the Devon Vintage Car Club Veale Home Farm Rally, a cup at Bicton Gardens 1990, 2002 Devov Vintage car Club St George’s Day Sword, and 2014 best Austin Seven in show at Widdecombe Fair.
Sadly for sale due to the age of the owners, it has become time for her to go to someone else to enjoy as we have for 42 years.

If the buyer has not collected by this time it will automatically be removed and placed into storage, incurring a removal charge of £100 + VAT, to include the first week of storage, unless otherwise noted.
