A mid 20th century diamond necklace. The old and brilliant-cut diamond articulated line, with graduated similarly-cut diamond scrolling line links and back-chain, to the brilliant-cut diamond clasp. Central motif can be worn as a separate pendant. Estimated total diamond weight 19 to 20cts, predominantly H-I colour, SI clarity. Length 48.5cms. Weight 52.5gms.

  • Overall condition good to fair. Minor surface scratches in keeping with general age and wear.
  • Central drop and largest scrolling sides with hooks to detach from the back-chain to be worn as a separate pendant.
  • Diamonds predominantly bright and well matched.
  • Principal drop diamond is estimated J colour.
  • Diamonds have small light and dark inclusions.
