EXTRA LOT: A 1961 Jaguar Mk II 3.8 saloon, registration number RAS 830, RAF blue. This Moss 4 speed manual overdrive 3.8 saloon is presented in RAF blue coachwork with a light blue/grey leather interior and sits on steel wheels. The Jaguar is equipped with an unleaded cylinder head, 2 inch SU carburettors, inertia seat belts, stainless steel exhaust, PAS and the original radio which has been adapted for FM, iPod input and CD player. Originally a Cornish registered right hand drive example which was exported to Texas and was restored between 2000/2002. There is service history between 2002/2008 from recognised specialists WREN Classics and SIGMA Engineering, since then maintenance has been carried out in house by our vendor, a Devon vehicle museum. The car will be driven from Devon to the auction and is said to perform very well but the paintwork would benefit from some localised repairs. V5C MOT and tax exempt
