Jessie M. King designs Album von Frankfurt am Main First edition, original cloth backed covers with central female figure by King, dated 1899 under her signature, triangle with sides of about 1cm replaced to lower left corner, 23 b+w photographic plates of Frankfurt, soiling to margins, good, scarce, Globus Verlag, Berlin, 1899; 'The cover design is identical to Album von Berlin, but with amended title in JMK's lettering and different design (not by JMK) within shield......this book is quite exceptionally scarce.' (Colin White) Together with a later copy, not designed by King, vg with contemporary ink presentation inscription to front pastedown, [1903].
