A LATE REGENCY BRASS INLAID MAHOGANY BRACKET CLOCK. the 6" painted dial with Roman numerals to a an eight day movement striking half hourly to a gong, the arched case with brass mounts, fishscale side grilles and ring handles, backplate stamped W & H SCH (Winterhalder & Hofmeier), pendulum and winder present, height 44cm, width 21cm, depth 15cm.
Finial bent, scratches to dial and minor chips to winding holes, repair to front of case, some cracking to veneer on front, crack to glass in back door. Currently fully wound, runs and strikes but functionality not guaranteed. Pendulum suspension spring secured with a pin.
