David Bowie interest. An Issey Miyake two piece suit from the deceased estate of one Steve Strange of Visage. Worn and discarded by Bowie at Steve Strange's London night club The Blitz Club in 1982. Provenance: Steve found out Bowie was going to attend his club that night, they had a way to get him in a different entrance (To the rear) and with that, him and his small entourage would go to his office where they could meet, hang and chat.. Apparently, Bowie was not in the best of shapes, so didn't want to been seen or have a fuss made of him,  although able to speak, laugh etc... he was a little clumsy, it was when he sat down in a slump, that the insides of his Cigarette or Spliff, fell out on to this suit, burnt the pocket along with a few other areas, he then asked his female assistant to go fetch him the bag/suitcase from the car in order for him to change, which Steve said was basically another suit jacket and trousers. The damaged suit was basically discarded, placed on the floor near his couch and forgotten about, until later that night where Steve put it in a leather bag of his and took it home to do something with.
