On heavyweight cotton(?) paper with black marks denoting corners. Signed and dated 04 and with monogram to upper left hand side. With "Sparkle 3 1" to lower margin.
With thin paper overlay/protector attached to verso of left hand side.
In very good condition with no obvious damage, loss or restoration.
