An early 19th century gold gem-set brooch. Of rectangular-outline, the portrait depicting a lover's eye, with split pearl surround. Length 2cms. Weight 3.6gms.

  • Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
  • Possible replacement components.
  • Split pearls are a creamy white colour, with rose and greenish overtones.
  • Split pearls in good to fair condition with some nacre damage and pitting noticeable on some.
