An Islamic Silver Ring with Oval Red Agate Intaglio Inscribed “Wallah”.
The ring is set with an oval red agate stone, smoothly polished and engraved with Arabic calligraphy reading “Wallah”. The inscription is executed in a bold, flowing script and framed by subtle scrolling and floral flourishes carved into the surface of the agate.
Provenance: Part of a private gentleman's collection, based in W London.
