A 1932 Austin 12/6 Harley saloon, registration number GW 7830, chassis number 11423, engine number 11444, black. This charming Austin 12 was in the custodianship of father and son William and Richard Gould from Staffordshire between 1964 & 2015, when our vendor purchased it. There are photographs on file of the Austin during restoration when the Gould’s owned the car. Since acquiring the Austin our vendor has undertaken some refurbishment including re-trimming the interior with new door cards, carpets and seat covering. The engine has had a new head gasket and re-cored radiator amongst other maintenance and sounded healthy on our inspection. Now running well this honest example will be offered for auction with a history file containing photographs, receipts and workshop and owners manuals. Our vendor has taken the reluctant decision to sell due to an imminent house move with the loss of garaging. RF60, V5C, MOT and tax exempt
