A LAVA CAMEO BROOCH, of oval outline carved in high relief to depict a female in profile with flowers in her hair, a necklace and a lyre behind one shoulder, possibly depicting Apollo, the lava panel in a plain collet setting, length 38mm (condition report: overall good condition, would benefit from a gentle clean, three flowers have a small chip to an outer petal, with replacement metal pin, the safety chain is broken, there is adhesive visible in places around the setting on the reverse)
