An early 20th Century synthetic ruby and opal bracelet
The oval shaped synthetic ruby, and oval opal cabochon line, within openwork heart motif surrounds, and trace-link spacers to the heart-shape padlock spring clasp, length 21.5cm, weight approx. 10.9g.

Wear, discolouration and scratching in keeping with age and wear
One opal chipped, visible with the unaided eye
Some abrasion to gemstones, visible with magnification, in keeping with age and wear
Opals with a white body colour, and orange-blue-pink-purple-green play of colour
Synthetic rubies pinkish red with fair saturation and typical inclusions
Reverse of bracelet stamped 9ct, clasp stamped 9c
Clasp with soft solder marks to surmount
Weight without clasp, clasp is likely filled
Length without clasp is 19cm
