A Chinese Archaistic Bronze Fang Ding Censer, Xuande Mark - A Chinese archaistic bronze fang ding censer, presented as a rectangular vessel with a flat lid featuring two upright loop handles, supported by four cylindrical legs. A decorative band encircles the body, displaying stylized scrolling motifs and a central mask-like element. The censer rests on a separate, elaborately cast and pierced rectangular base with curvilinear and geometric fretwork. The underside of the vessel bears a cast four-character seal mark, "大明宣德" (Dà Míng Xuāndé), meaning "Great Ming Xuande."

The item exhibits extensive surface wear, revealing a dark patina beneath remnants of red pigment and gold wash, particularly on raised details and the interior. The structure appears largely intact with no apparent losses or repairs.
