Superb copy with tooled leather boards, banded spine and edged in brass with excellent working brass clasp. clean and tight throughout with gilt edged page block and mild occassional ageing. Presentation gift inscription for a 20th birthday in 1872. Examples of newspaper clips concerning Methodism and several pressed leaves etc, original to the late 19th Century within.
