Pre loved furniture and End of season sale of return items for less than a quarter of the RRP, to include Garden, camping, household and exercise equipment. Buy now before the prices rocket after Christmas!! Stock is available to collect or we can deliver locally (please ask for a quote). We can also package your items if you want to arrange a courier to collect.
All items are non returnable, viewing available on Friday 21st by appointment.

Terms and Conditions
At the end of the auction, you will be sent an invoice by email. Payments can be made by bank transfer, or by credit/ debit card. Cheques are not accepted.
All bidders must be registered with easyliveAuction.com.
The highest bidder shall be the purchaser.
All bids are legally binding.
Winning bids are subject to a commission charge plus vat at standard rate.
At the end of the auction you will be sent an invoice by email. Payments can be made by easyliveAuction.com secure payment system.
Payments must be made in full within 24 hours of auction ending.
Goods must be paid for in full before collecting.
For any items that can be posted, please contact Grove Street Auctions once payment has been made to arrange shipping. The shipping costs will be an additional fee to be paid to Grove Street Auctions.
Collection of goods must be within 2 working days of auction ending.
Electrical goods are not tested by the auction house and can not be guaranteed to be in working order.
If items are not collected and paid for within 3 working days following the sale buyers may face being banned from Grove Street Auctions.
If payment is not received within 24 hours of purchase the commission is automatically increased to 25%.
If payment is not received within 5 days of the auction the buyer is banned from purchasing anything further at Grove Street Auctions.
If goods are not collected from Grove Street Auctions within the terms and conditions detailed above, Grove Street Auctions will add storage charges of up to £10 per day per item for goods not collected.
Collection of items has to be made within 48hours of the Auction ending between 9am and 3pm.

Terms and Conditions of sale
Each lot has an entry fee of £1.00 per entry + VAT at 20%.
Commission is charged at 20% + VAT at 20% on the final hammer price.
For example, if an item sells for £100.00, the commission will be £20.00, and the VAT would be £4.00. so the total commission payable is £24.00, so the final payout for the sale of the item would be £74.80 to the seller.
Items presented or collected for sale will be entered into the 1st available sale. We will advise the date of the sale to the seller.
All description, starting prices or estimates are at the the Auctioneers discretion.
Payments will be released more than 15 days after the sale date, subject to items being paid for.
payments will be made electronically.
Counterfeit items will not be accepted.
Each seller will supply their name, address and contact information on the entry form.
Storage charges of up to £10.00 per day + VAT will be applied to any unsold items not collected within 5 working days.
Any unsold items that have not been collected after 10 working days, Grove Street Auctions will charge the storage fees plus an extra £10.00 per item disposal fee and become the property owner.
Shipping is offered on selected items stated on listing.
