BUYER
• 20% Commission on all sold lots.
• Electrical goods must be entered in working order unless otherwise agreed with the auctioneer.
• Goods maybe entered in upto 3 sales, if they remain unsold after the third sale they need to be collected within 48 hours or they will be disposed of.
• Goods entered with a reserve last for 2 sales, the third sale they will be sold without reserve.
• Goods that require cleaning or repairing to make saleable may incur a small charge at the auctioneers discretion.
• Vendors are paid out on the Friday following the sale, failure to attend will require you to turn up on any other Friday after to receive payment.
• ALL vendors are paid via cheque unless previously agreed with the auctioneer.
• 20% buyers premium, minimum £1.
• All items are sold as seen and must be inspected.
• Electrical goods in working order are sold with a 48 hour warranty, unless otherwise stated.
• Goods are the customers responsibility on the fall of the hammer.
• All goods MUST be paid for on sale day and collected within 48 hours or they will be subject to a storage charge.
• Payments can be made by card or cash. Credit cards are subject to a 2% charge, debit cards are free.
• Delivery and collection service is available if required.
• Staff can bid on behalf of themselves and other people.

SELLER

ONLINE
• Online bidding requires an account with Easy Live Auction.?
• There is a 3% + VAT internet charge per lot (Or you can pay Easy Live Auction £3 and avoid this charge)
• Goods that require posting must be paid for via bank transfer.
• Goods will only be dispatched once payment is clear, usually 1-3 days after.
• NTA is not responsible for damages caused in shipping, however all packages will be tracked whenever possible.
• The buyer will be invoiced for items bought, fees and shipping, usually via email, on the evening of the sale.
• Online bidders must still abide by all of NTAs terms & conditions above this section.
