All items that appear in the auction are described to the best of our knowledge, any item that has any damage or otherwise has been listed in the condition report. Vendors that submit lots for the auction are responsible their own condition reports, as well as the authenticity of the item. Morley Auctioneers will endeavour to authenticate each lot that passes through the auction.
To bid online during the auctions you must register with www.easyliveauction.com.
To bid in the room you must register at our reception where you will be given a paddle number.
Buyers commission is 18% per lot, an additional 20% VAT is payable on the buyer’s commission (Example: £10.00 + 18% = £11.80 commission = £1.80 + 20% = £0.36).
Payment for lots won in the auction must be made immediately.
Lots won at auction will be retrieved for you by a member of the Morley Auctioneers and Valuers staff.
Lots you have won should be collected within 3 working days unless prior agreement has been made.
Postage can be requested, this will be considered on an individual lot basis. You can contact us before auction to ensure that we will be able to post the lot to your destination.
If we agree to postage then a further invoice will be issued with postage fees. This is to be paid in full before we will post items.
We ask that you are mindful of the lots you are purchasing as Morley Auctioneers and Valuers cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Failure to adhere to the T&C's will result in a ban from our auction house.
Should the buyer require our shipping/delivery service, this can be arranged. Clients are requested to contact the auction house post sale for a shipping/delivery quote. All postage is quoted on an individual basis. Alternatively buyers can of course make there own collection arrangements. All goods will need to be collect within three working days from the end of the sale.
Failure to collect within this period could result in additional storage charges.
We are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
