As per our usual sale, bids can be made for our auctions via the Easy Live bidding platform. Alternatively you are more than welcome to leave absentee bids or we can arrange telephone bids on a first come, first served basis. Viewing items are currently limited.
We are happy to provide condition reports on all lots at request please message. It is still the buyers responsibility to ensure they are happy with the condition of an item before purchasing. Payment for your items can be made via bank transfer or by cash on collection. Payments must be made in full before the collection/delivery/postage of any item.

1 Whilst the Proprietors of Alpha Auctioneers make every effort to ensure the accuracy of their catalogue description of any lot & any images published, it is the Bidders’ responsibility to ensure they are content with the quality, content, condition & authenticity of any lots prior to bidding. Any statements made regarding any items, either in the catalogue or orally, must be deemed as being opinion only & do not imply any warranties or representations of fact by the Proprietors of Alpha Auctioneers.
Collection preferred on the day following the auction by appointment.
Local delivery (fees apply) is offered using our own staff & vehicles on the day following the auction at buyers cost. Please contact us for more details.
Shipping by courier is available on smaller parcel size items, breakable items by prior arrangement with the saleroom & at the buyers risk & expense. Please contact the office for more info.
We DO ship internationally.
Payments for shipping, packing & delivery services are by bank transfer only.

Due to Covid we know that the collections may seem a little abnormal but we have tried to make things as convenient, but also as safe as possible in compliance with Government guidelines. For options, 2,3 and 4 please call or email for a quotation. We have four options available to our customers and these are listed in detail below:-
· Option 1 – Collection by appointment – Items won and paid for in full may be collected from the auction room strictly by appointment only (Tel no : 07487733113).
Customers will be allocated a specific time slot for the collection of goods, Collections will need to be booked in as soon as possible as time slots will be reserved quickly.
· Option 2 – Aplha Auctioneers LOCAL delivery - For a nominal fee of £60 approx we can deliver your items if you are based locally. Call our office to enquire if we cover your area and have availability. Please note currently, due to current Government restrictions, delivery will only be to your doorstep/driveway.
· Option 3 - Alpha Auctioneers POSTAGE & PACKING service, for a nominal fee of £10 per parcel + shipping UK mainland (International shipping prices vary please contact for more information) We provide a postage and packing service for you, that is done in-house to keep costs down. All postage and packing is done to the highest of our ability to make sure your items arrive in one piece. Though we pack very well and only use reputable couriers like parcelforce and royal mail with tracking we can not be held liable if your item(s) are lost or broken in transit.
· Option 4 - Alpha Auctioneers packing only. For a nominal fee of £10 we are happy to pack your items for you to arrange your own courier, we will then email you over weights and sizes of your parcel. We can not be held liable if your item is lost or broken in transit..
