Recommended retail prices are given for guidance only and may be subject to revision after initial instructions have been received. We undertake that any such opinion shall be honestly and reasonably held and accept liability for opinions given negligently or fraudulently. Subject to the foregoing, we, our representatives, employees or agents and the Seller do not accept liability for the correctness of such opinions and all conditions and warranties, whether relating to description, condition or quality of the Lot, express, implied or statutory, are hereby excluded.
