All items that appear in the auction are described to the best of our knowledge, any item that has any damage or otherwise has been listed in the condition report. Vendors that submit lots for the auction are responsible there own condition reports, as well as the authenticity of the item. Morley Auctioneers will endeavour to authenticate each lot that passes through the auction. All items brought at the auction are brought as seen and described by the auctioneer. The buyer of any lot will be suject to an auction house commission fee of 18% + 20% VAT of the commission total. ie if a lot sells for £100 under the hammer, the buyer will need to pay a total of £121.60. A sellers fee of 15% is applicable on the hammer price + VAT where applicable. Buyers are requested to pay by direct bank transfer, over the phone or in person when collecting the items. All goods brought at the auction must be paid for within three days of the end of the sale. Failure to adhere to this could result in the buyer losing the lots won at the auction, as well as being blacklisted for future auctions. No cheques will be acepted or credit cards.
