Please take note of our collection days:
Tuesday 7th May from 9 am to 5 pm
Wednesday 8th May from 1pm to 5 pm
Thursday 9th May from 9am to 5 pm
Collections outside of these times are strictly by appointment only. Please ensure that goods are collected within 7 days of the auction's conclusion to avoid storage charges being applied to your invoice.
For shipping, please be aware that the minimum invoice amount is £25. Shipping rates are as follows (plus VAT) please note due to increased courier costs our costs have risen slightly:
0-2kg: £7.95 (Royal Mail)
2-5kg: £17.95 (DHL)
5-15kg: £19.95 (DHL)
15-25kg: £29.95 (DHL)
Pallet: £165 (Palletways)
Additionally, invoices containing fragile items will incur a packing charge of £9.95 per box (plus VAT).
International shipping is quoted on a case by case basis.

We charge a 18% + VAT Commission on the hammer price. Please note the minimum commission is set at £1.50 plus VAT per lot.
We describe each lot as accurately as possible but recommend viewing each individual lot and making your own assessment.
We expect each purchased lot to be collected within 3 working days of the hammer falling. Collection days are always the Monday & Tuesday after the auction ends. Collections outside of these days need to be pre-arranged. If lots are not collected within 3 working days each lot may incur a storage fee. This is at the discretion of the auctioneer
We can arrange transportation and delivery of goods. Please get in touch for more information
Smaller lots can be sent out via Royal Mail or Couriers. We can also send multiple lots via a pallet service or deliver larger items via man and van couriers.

Our experienced and reliable packing team are able to wrap and dispatch ALMOST anything and have it arrive at your door. Whether you like in the UK or beyond. Our basic shipping rates can be found below but we always recommend you get in touch for an accurate estimate. For larger orders of multiple lots we can only offer an estimate once we know exactly what you have purchased. Rest assured we are regularly praised for our fair and transparent postage and packaging charges. We are also happy for you to send couriers and third parties to collect purchased lots on your behalf.

Fragile Lots will incurr additional charges. We do not offer cover/insurance on ceramics or glass.
