Approx. 500 lots of Furniture, Antiques & General Household items to commence at 10am.

Genuine Farm Dispersal sale of 150 lots of tools, machinery & livestock equipment on behalf of Mrs PS Cox, Caecrwn farm to follow the sale of furniture.
Forword
This is a genuine sale of items from Mr & Mrs Cox who have sold this exceptional small holding. The items on offer have been exceptionally well maintained and are a credit to the vendors. They have invested considerably over the years in equipment to service their livestock and equine enterprise on the farm.

The tractors and machinery can be thoroughly recommended and there is an extensive range of livestock equipment which we hope will be of interest to anyone with an agricultural interest.
Please note that all lots will be sold at Brecon Market but can be viewed pre sale at Cae Crwn Farm.
Method of Sale & Viewing
All items are situated at Cae Crwn Farm.

The items can be viewed on Tuesday 17th November or Friday 20th November prior to the sale at 4pm that afternoon.

The items will be sold at Brecon Market after the furniture sale. Images will be shown on a display screen and each lot will also be shown on the auction sale site www.easyliveauction.com

We ask all potential purchasers to make an appointment at the market office 01874 622386 or contact the vendor Mrs Penny Cox on 07948971685.

We ask everyone to follow procedures and arrange a viewing to avoid any risk in relation to covid. We stress that all potential purchasers must be aware of the rules and guidelines associated with covid and adhere to social distancing at all times.

Collection of Items
All accounts must be settled in full before any lot can be removed from the farm. Collection of lots must be via appointment only and no access will be given to individuals who have not made an appointment. All lots can be collected from 21st of November to 27th November. It is essential that all items are removed in this time.

Payment
Accounts can be settled by cash or card payments can be taken in office over the phone. Cheques will only be accepted from Clients know to the auctioneers.

Directions
From Brecon town take the Cradoc Road out of town past the Castle Hotel and proceed directly through the village of Cradoc, past the primary school on your left. Continue through Battle after approximately 1 mile on the turning into Cae Crwn is visible on the left had side. Parking and access is limited so we do ask that everyone makes an appointment to avoid congestion.

CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. The auctioneers act as an agent for the vendor.
2. The auctioneer reserves the right to bid on behalf of vendors subject to the reserves or at the auctioneers’ discretion.
3. Via a pre-determined bid the auctioneer reserves the right to bid on behalf of buyers who cannot attend the sale or for buyers who wish to remain anonymous.
4. The auctioneer reserves the right to divide, combine or withdraw any lot(s) prior to the sale.
5. The auctioneer reserves the right to refuse any bids, regulate the bidding, or cancel the sale at any time. The buyer will be the highest bidder.
6. Each lot will become the responsibility of the buyer at the fall of the hammer, but may not be removed until paid for in full. Legal title will not pass to the purchaser until paid for in full.
7. The auctioneer will not be responsible for loss, damage or theft of lots while in his possession.
8. All lots are sold as seen (unless stated working) and it is the buyers’ responsibility to satisfy themselves as to the condition and content of all lots prior to bidding.
9. In the case of items being sold as working order (W/O) the vendor has stated such to the auctioneer, these items carry a three day guarantee (until close of business Monday following the sale) Monies for working order items will be held until such time has passed.
10. Whilst every effort is made to ensure accuracy of the description in the catalogue. The auctioneer will not be held responsible for any errors. The catalogue is not a binding contract with regards to descriptions and or guide
11. All lots must be paid for in full and removed on the day of the sale, unless otherwise arranged with the auction room staff. All lots must be removed by the following Friday.
12. Registration to obtain a bidding card will be deemed as acknowledgement that the bidder has read and fully understands and agrees to the conditions of sale. Proof of identification may be required for registration.
13. A buyer’s premium of 15% will be added to the hammer price of all goods paid for in cash, cheque or by card.
14. There is a charge of £2/lot to enter into the sale.
15. In the case of any disputes the auctioneers reserve the right to offer a lot for sale again and there decision is final and binding on all parties.
Vendors of unsold and unreserved lots must remove them within 5 working days of the sale. If they are left in the saleroom we reserve the right to levy a £5 charge per lot to cover the disposal or storage of the lot

ONLINE BIDDING
We offer an online bidding service via easyliveauction.com for bidders who cannot attend the sale.

Please note that any lots purchased via easyliveauction.com live auction service will be subject to an additional 3% commission charge + VAT at the rate imposed on the hammer price or no commission for the internet bidding if the ‘Flat Fee’ has been chosen at registration.
