Live Bidding Terms & Conditions 1) All item descriptions are only opinions and are not guaranteed to be fact, all items are sold as seen. No warranties are given on electrical items and are sold as spares or repair or component parts. 2) All bids are final unless found to be stolen or a forgery, the auction house must be contacted within 5 days of the sale date. 3) All items must be picked up by the tuesday following the sale or a £5 fee will be added per day per item, some items may be able to be stored for longer please phone. 4) No items can leave the auction until they have been fully paid for and have proof of purchase. All items not picked up within 2 weeks will be re-entered into the sale with no reserve any difference in sale fee plus storage fee will be the responsability of the original purchaser. 5) All sales are plus our standard commission rate of 20% including Vat plus any easyliveauction fee. 6) The auctioneer reserves the right to alter/change a lot description up to anytime up to the auction. 7) Any items purchased online can only be processed 1 hour after the sale have finished.
We do offer a delivery service to the ground floor within a 20 mile radius in Kent, please telephone on 01634 817572 for more information no later than 1 hour before the sale. We also offer a postal service on small unbreakable items ie: Jewellery watches etc, Ephemera and stamps and metal items. All items must be collected by end of business of Tuesday after the sale or a £5 per day fee will be added to your bill. If items cannot be picked up by Tuesday you must inform us.
