We will be able to provide condition reports on request
We will not be open to the public on the day of the sale, therefore collection of items bought cannot take place on the day
NB We do not offer our own postal or shipping services
Please note masks or face coverings will be requested whilst viewing and collecting
Current social distancing rules will be observed
Hand sanitisers are available at the entrances
Customers will be able to leave commission bids with us or use the live bidding platform
We will be opening for viewing, on a limited person on site system, following government guidance on social distancing, whereby you may walk around the saleroom to view, but there will be restrictions in place to minimise handling of items, we will not be able to offer the usual service of handing out smaller items such as jewellery or delicate items, and would ask for items out in the room not to be handled if at all possible

Collections: We will be operating an appointment system on a click and collect basis ( i.e payment will need to be made prior to collection )from Friday December 11th from 10am until 5pm and Saturday December 12th from 9am until 12pm
Posting & Packaging:
NB We do not offer our own postal or shipping services
We recommend Mailboxes Etc Nottingham to collect and ship items
For larger items, such as furniture we will be operating a fairly strict appointment system for you or your couriers to collect
Please ring the office on 01664 560181 option 4 to arrange a suitable time.
It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to arrange collection of all items purchased within 7 days of the auction date. Failure to do so may incur storage

Friday 22nd from 10am until 4pm
Saturday 23rd from 9am until 12 noon
Monday 25th from 9am until 4pm
Tuesday from 9am until 4pm for collection of larger items- furniture etc
NB. Shouler and Son DO NOT charge the debit card from details given to live bidding platform provider
An invoice will be sent for items successfully purchased in the auction via
email for which the buyer will be expected to make payment on receipt
Buyers Premium and VAT
a.The buyer must pay to us, a buyer's premium of 15% (together with VAT thereon) in addition to the hammer price, unless otherwise announced.
b.When announced VAT is payable on the goods in addition to the hammer price.
c.The hammer price means the price at which the lot is knocked down to the buyer.
d.All references to purchase price elsewhere in these conditions are deemed to include any Buyer's Premium and Value Added Tax.
