Auction Lots may include returns, ex-display & second hand goods.
All goods are strictly Sold As Seen with no guarantees or warranties. Public viewing available.
Physical viewing of lots is recommended and available for all our public auctions at the times detailed on the various sale listings.
•Collection & Removal
Goods must be collected directly from the associated salerooms by the deadlines specified. If customers are unable to collect themselves, they can arrange their own courier eg. Parcelforce, DHL, UPS
•Charges & VAT
All bids placed are subject to the addition of both Buyers Premium (+15%) PLUS the further addition of VAT (+20%) incurred on top of all lots, unless otherwise stated. (i.e. £100 bid on a VAT: Y lot will result in an invoice total of £138)

MANUFACTURER PHOTOS MAY SHOW ITEMS AND ACCESSORIES WHICH POSSIBLY MAY NOT BE INCLUDED WITHIN THE DESCRIBED LOT. ASSISTANCE WITH CARRYING AND REMOVING LOTS FROM THE STORAGE UNIT MAY BE AVAILABLE FREE OF CHARGE - PLEASE ASK STAFF ON SITE. NEITHER STAFF OR THE AUCTIONEER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO GOODS OR PROPERTY CAUSED WHILST ASSISTING.
Condition reports MAY NOT be included within the description.
IF A CONDITION REPORT IS INCLUDED we will endeavour to state it accurately, but damage MAY STILL BE MISSED

RETURNS OR REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED EVEN IF THE CONDITION REPORT HAS MISSED ANY DEFECTS - PLEASE CALL OR VIEW THE ITEM IN PERSON PRIOR TO BIDDING
All items are manufacturer excess stock, ex-display, cancelled orders, customer returns and/or imperfect or damaged products. Some items may be mismatched or incomplete. You are advised to attend viewing days to check each item is suitable for your intended use prior to bidding. All items are sold “As is”. IF YOU ARE UNSURE ABOUT ANY ITEM OR ANY OF THE STATEMENTS ABOVE, PLEASE DO NOT BID, ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS SEEN.
All lots are sold as seen and where lying. It is assumed that all bidders have viewed lots to their satisfaction prior to bidding. No allowance of any kind whatsoever will be made as a result of failure to view. We strongly advise bidders not to bid on any lot if they have not viewed to their satisfaction first. Our descriptions and photographs are not sufficient to wholly rely upon for the purposes of bidding.
•VAT: At the prevailing rate, will be added to the hammer price of each lot, unless otherwise stated by the auctioneer.
•Buyers Premium: All lots are subject to a Buyer’s Premium of 15% plus VAT.
All payments must be made to AJ Bathroom Solutions Ltd within 3 working days of the sale end time the by one of the following:
•In person at the sale venue by cash or card. Debit & Credit
Debit Card: Subject to a £1.00 plus VAT surcharge. Customer not present transactions are not accepted.
Credit Card: Subject to a 3% plus VAT surcharge. Customer not present transactions are not accepted.
•Bank Transfer (details will be shown on your invoice)
•PAYPAL (details will be shown on your invoice)
PROOF OF PAYMENT REQUIRED.
WE WILL NOT RELEASE ANY GOODS UNTIL PAYMENT IN FULL HAS BEEN MADE.
All collections must be made within next 3 working days after the sale closes.
All goods must be collected by 4pm on the 3rd day after the auction closes.
Storage charges will be applied at a rate of a minimum of £5.00+VAT per lot per full or part day. This applies to both PAID & UNPAID lots
AJB Auctions & Sales reserve the right to resell uncollected items if they have not been collected within a 14 day period from the sale date. If the item is not collected within 14 days we will resell the item to cover storage charges accrued. If there is a residue after we have collected our storage charges this will be paid out to the original purchaser.
