If settling an account by bank transfer all bank charges or fees must be paid by the buyer.
All money must be cleared in Roberts Jewellers account before any goods are shipped. Please pay with in one 1 week of the auction.

Registering to bid
In order to be registered and approved to take part in and bid in any auction bidders must have registered their name and address on EasyLive
Approval to bid is at the discretion of Roberts Jewellers and our bidding partners.
All lots are subject to any reserve price imposed by the seller and to the right of the seller to bid either personally or through any one person who may be the auctioneer.
Shipping requirements can vary from lot to lot, so please contact Roberts Jewellers for a quote for shipping costs.
Condition of Lots
Roberts Jewellers makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of any information given on the condition and age of any Item.
However, it is essential that bidders satisfy themselves fully as to the condition of any lot.
Roberts Jeweller’s staff is happy to discuss and assist with this.
All Lots are sold as found unless stated otherwise in the description.
Condition reports are available via email. Roberts Jewellers staff will answer questions regarding any Lot.
Catalogue descriptions may indicate some damage, repair and / or restorations or alterations. This is a guide only and is not a full condition report. Roberts Jewellers will not be held responsible for the condition of any Lot.
During Covid-19 we are not able to host any in person viewing, however, will host telephone consultations for you to view the item in greater detail.
Items cannot be returned after a lot has been won.

POSTAGE & SHIPPING
Unfortunately, due to the current Government COVID-19 restrictions our saleroom is closed to the public and in-person collections are not permitted.
We are pleased to offer our in-house packing service at £5 (inc VAT) per parcel to UK addresses for the auctions (subject to insurance value of £2500 and 2kg weight). Discount for additional parcels is also available - please contact the office to discuss your requirements.
All UK parcels are sent insured (up to £2500) via Royal Mail Special Delivery - guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm.
