Pre-Sale bids are accepted and based on a ‘First Bid’ received basis. (Two identical bids on the same item, the first received will be deemed the winning bid.) Pre-sale bids will only be accepted by telephone, post or email up to 10 P.M. (GMT) on the day before auction day. A discretionary holding deposit may be charged to all non-subscribers who are unable to attend the sale but wish to leave pre-sale bids. (Please contact us directly for subscription details)

The auctioneer reserves the right to bid on any lots on behalf of the bidder up to his/her maximum bid. (Excluding commission charges etc)

Any items purchased that are required to be sent by post will be subject to a postal charge payable by the buyer. (Minimum recorded and insured)

1/ All lots sold on sale day to attendant bidders are sold as seen. No responsibility can be accepted for any mistakes made concerning the authenticity or originality of any lot in its description.
2/ Any lots purchased by (unattended) pre-sale bids, that are proven to be incorrectly described, must be returned within 10 working days of the delivery date for a full refund (excluding any postage costs) in the same condition as despatched. Any claims made after this time will not be accepted. (Please advise the auctioneer before returning any items.)
Items that have a 'P' before the condition code number at the end of the description, refer to pictures being available online. (See 'Auction Pictures' elsewhere)
Items that have an 'R' before the condition code number at the end of the description, refer to items being reproduction or similar. (This is of course our opinion only and not nescessarily that of the vendor, see #1 above)
ALL firearms offered for sale through the auction either conform to current Home Office restrictions or have 'De-Activation' certificates. We DO NOT offer 'live' weapons of any sort for auction.
Payment can only be accepted by cheque with a current bank guarantee card, by cash in Pound Sterling (£) or by Pay-Pal (with added handling fee agreed with consent of the auctioneer). Anyone wishing to pay by alternate means should contact the auctioneer directly. Please make all cheques, money orders etc payable to:- Ware Militaria Auction.
All items remain the property of ‘WMA’ until the full payment has been cleared.
Vendors premium is a minimum of £1.75 or 12% (whichever is the greater) per lot sold. Any unsold items may incur an (Discretionary) administration fee of £1 per lot.
Buyers premium is £1.75 or 12% (whichever is the greater) per lot added to the ‘Hammer Price’.
We are unable to supply online valuations, we can only offer this service to clients with pre-arranged visits. PLEASE DO NOT make a trip without first contacting us, we cannot take any responsibility for being unavailable on any non-arranged visits!
