1. All Purchasers are reminded that in bidding for any item they are deemed to have read and accepted these conditions of sale.
2. Each Lot, at the fall of the hammer shall be considered as delivered and remain at the absolute risk of the respective Purchaser.
3. The bidding will be regulated by the company director, subject to the Vendor’s reserve (if any). North Devon Auctions reserve the right to refuse the bid of any person without giving a reason for such action.
4. All lots purchased must be paid for by on the day of sale unless other arrangements have been made. No Lots shall be removed from the Sale premises unless a receipt has been obtained from North Devon Auctions.
5. All Lots are believed to be described correctly but cannot be guaranteed to be so and no compensation shall be allowed regarding quantity, quality, description or otherwise of any Lot. No warranty will be given on any appliances. Each item will be 'Sold as seen'
6. Invoices must be paid by bank transfer or cash on collection. We do not accept credit or debit card.
7.North Devon Auctions will not be responsible for any accident or injury to persons or property through fire or any other causes whatsoever, nor for any damage caused when delivering or collecting your goods.
8. All buyers fees will be listed clearly on EasyLiveAuction prior to your bidding.
9. All Lots are entered under the Vendor’s ownership until the fall of the hammer, they then become the responsibility of the Purchaser, however we will not pass the item to the buyer until full payment is received by North Devon Auctions. In the event of any default in payment by any Purchasers, North Devon auctions reserves the right to offer the items to the under bidder (subject to any reserve applicable) and to amend the hammer price accordingly.
