BIDDING: Your bid is a legally binding contract to purchase, if you are not sure, do not bid as we are unable to cancel your purchase and no refunds will be made.

PAYMENT: All invoices must be paid in full within 48 hours of the sale. No goods may be removed until they have been paid for, together with all other charges. Payment can be by bank transfer in advance of collection, or debit / credit card (in person).

VAT: VAT is payable on the hammer price of all lots, unless otherwise stated, at the current rate of 20%.

BUYERS PREMIUM: We DO NOT charge any buyers premium.

CONDITION: Condition reports are available on all lots by request. Whilst Millwards Auctions make every effort to ensure the accuracy of their catalogue description of any lot & any images published, it is the Bidders’ responsibility to ensure they are content with the quality, content, condition & authenticity of any lots prior to bidding.

SHIPPING: Packaging and shipping is available on most lots, at the risk of the buyer. Millwards Auctions will not be liable for any damage or loss of any lots shipped via a third party company. Collection from our Hereford warehouse made by appointment only and within 7 days of auction.

STORRAGE: All items are to be collected or delivery arranged within 7 days of auction. Charges of £5+VAT per lot per week apply after 7 days, unless otherwise agreed.

PARCEL DELIVERY: Small items can be sent by parcel courier. Multiple lots can be packaged into one parcel, but please be aware of the maximum parcel dimensions and weight limits. Charges include packaging fee.

Small parcel up to 5 kg - £12.50+VAT
Large parcel up to 20 kg (up to 60 x 60 x 60 cm) - £27.50+VAT

PALLET DELIVERY: For large items or multiple lots purchased.

Charges are per pallet and include packaging costs. We can pack multiple items onto one pallet, but please be aware of the maximum dimensions. Pallet size is 120 cm x 100 cm and maximum height is 220 cm. Pallets are shipped on the TPN pallet network and delivery is usually with 7 days.
