We are a delivery only auction house we dont do collection at present unfortunately we dont post international we only post we open for calls from 12am -2pm monday to Wednesday only off Thursday Friday to Sunday no calls answer after these days we will return missed call when back in office going full time from start of april All auctions No reserve £1 start

1. Purchaser/Vendors: who bid on items are committed by law to see out the sale in
payment, ABC auctions gives 2 working days after auction finishes for payments to be
made.

2. Lots may be grouped, withdrawn or divided at the discretion of the Auctioneer.

3. delivery only AUCTION if customer doesn't pay with in 3 days items are relisted and block from any further auctions no exceptions

3.1
any discrepancies must be reported to us with in 1 day (24 hrs) of receiving parcels after this we wont look into as outside terms and conditions

3.2 All lots SOLD as seen no returns or refunds granted or warranties given, all lots are sold as seen if an item is marked as gold(with the following) that mean the item is gold either,9ct,14ct,18ct or 24ct as in description,

3.2a cased coins sets if not marked as gold or silver will be as sold as either gold plated or silver plated any issues dont bid as all lots sold as seen or contact us prior to bidding and get a condition report

3.3 in a case of a duplicate who ever pay 1st wins item other will be refunded

3.4 payment by bank transfer only


3a please note we are a delivery only auction we will pack any item for despatch with great care and professional approach but please note we take no responsibility on items that arrived broken/damage buyer must take that up with royal mail,Parcel force ,buyers take this at own risk if an item is damaged we don't accept any reasonability for

3c our charged is 20% (minimum £1 charged per item sold ) on commission lots £5 and under are minimum £1 commission

Items will be packed and shipped at a cost to the buyer, within a 14 working days time line. ABC auctions are not responsible for any damaged made by the transit of goods, if items are damaged in transit please refer to the courier service that delivered items for refunds.

WE ADVISES BIDDERS TO BE CAREFUL ON BIDDING ON LARGE 'JOBLOTS' DUE TO SIZE AND WEIGHT CAN BECOME COSTLY TO THE SOUTH OF IRELAND AND UK AND OTHER COUNTRIES.
